What is the Digital Kit?

The Digital Kit is an initiative of the Government of Spain, which aims to subsidize the implementation of digital solutions available on the market to achieve a significant advance in the level of digital maturity.

These grants come from the “Next Generation EU” funds, within the European Union’s Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. Here you can download the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for digitization.

Who is the Digital Kit for?

Small companies, micro-enterprises and freelancers belonging to any sector or type of business.

Segment I of this aid is aimed at SMEs with between 10 and 49 employees and is endowed with 500 million euros of the total 3 billion euros.

This solution will be integrated with your ERP to automate all processes to the maximum.

It can also be end-customer oriented (B2C) where your customers can easily purchase your products using the most common payment methods and conveniently receive their order. You will be able to run promotions and offers and integrate your e-commerce with the most popular and used social networks.

The price range for this solution is from 5,000 to 20,000.

Customer Management

Customer management tool allows you to manage your customers’ requests (incidents, information requests, returns, etc.).

The price range for this solution is from 4,000 to 6,000.

Process Management

Our solution optimizes business process management by identifying objectives, improving management and promoting agility, organization and synergy between areas. We offer a digital process to connect operations, increasing performance and lowering costs.

The price range for this solution ranges from 6,000 to 12,000

Business Intelligence and Analytics

The objective of this category is to enable you to exploit your company’s data to improve the decision-making process.

  • Data integration with other databases: you will have access to other databases and to make comparisons with the exposed data.
  • Data storage: you will have a storage capacity of at least 1 GB per user.
  • Creation of structured and visual data dashboards: you will have customized data dashboards with relevant data and different forms of visualization.
  • Data export: you will be able to export data to images or Excel documents, creating synergies and compatibility with different programs that you commonly use.
